EP. 258: Filling Tags Hunting High Pressured Public Land

Today on the podcast I’m joined by my buddy Aaron Hepler. Aaron scouts more than most people I know, and it shows in the number of quality encounters he has. This year he had intel on a good buck, but it was in an area that sees a lot of pressure…even during archery season. Aaron was able to find where deer, and this buck in particular, wanted to spend time in daylight once the pressure moved them out of their early season hangouts. Not being deterred by the hunting pressure, and being smarter than the average hunter led to a killer hunt. I’ll let Aaron tell the story. Hope you dig the episode – thanks for listening!
