EP. 353: Sometimes Survival Is The Best We Can Do | Defeat W/Authenticity

Today I’m joined by my buddy Johnny Utah Mulligan. John has been jet setting hunting all over the world since the last time we had a chance to catch up. In addition to his hunting travels he embarked on competing in his first tactical games. If you know John’s background as a former undercover narcotics cop and his love of fitness, then you know this shooting CrossFit games style of competition is up his alley. As if that wasn’t challenging enough…my dude starting training Jiu Jitsu too! Awesome catching up with my buddy…and I’m stoked that he’s living his best life. Hope you all dig the conversation as much as I did – thanks for listening.
